Trouble fulfilling purchases & Collection completion

A fun game, but Ive bought several packages that contained Wild-Cards and they never showed up in my user bar although they are listed in my quantity bar.
Also it was a Big Disappointment to learn that purchasing some items is the ONLY way some collection can be completed!
