Error problems!

There is something seriously wrong with this app. Early last month, the game could not connect to the server. I contacted Targa twice to report the problem, but Ive never heard back from them. I ended up deleting this app and reloaded it today. After opening it up today, I still get an error. This game will not open. Im sure by now Ive lost my 3+ thousand points I had accumulated. This is all very sad, because Bingo Bango was my most favorite bingo game ever. Please Targa Tech Support, get your app back in working condition.
